Our Returns Policy
We would like all our customers to be completely satisfied with any product they buy from Bluebell Gifts, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item to us.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the order within 7 working days, starting the day after delivery. You must inform us of your intention within this period and return the goods, in an unused state, complete with packaging and all components.
Please use the following returns procedure:
- First of all, please contact us to get a Returns Authorisation Number
You can do this by either:

- Or using our online contact form
- We'll then give you a Returns Authorisation Number number
- Please return the item to us in its original packaging with a brief note stating the Returns Authorisation Number.
Provided you follow this procedure within 7 working days, from the day after delivery, we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding P&P). We will make the refund to you within 30 days from receiving the returned goods. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the products. We cannot accept return of any item or packaging that has been damaged.
We try our best to ensure all products are well packaged and arrive with our customers in perfect condition. In the event a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund (including P&P costs) as appropriate.
