Postage and Packing Charges Within The UK

Shipping costs are based on total order value as shown in the table below and are automatically calculated in your shopping cart. 

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch all orders received and paid for by 3pm on the same day during the working week. Orders received over the weekend, after midday on Friday, will be despatched on a Monday morning. In the event that your item is not in stock due to stock error or damages, we will e-mail to inform you and either backorder the product and deliver as soon as it is available, or cancel the order if you prefer.

UK Standard Delivery

UK Standard deliveries are shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive 2 – 5 days after the order is placed. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the efficiency of Royal Mail standard service, although it is generally very good.

U.K. Special Delivery Next Day

U.K. Special Delivery Next day deliveries are shipped by Royal Mail which guarantees delivery to 99% of the UK by 1pm the next working day. Orders placed by midday Friday, will be delivered by 1pm the following Monday and orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered by 1pm the following Tuesday.
All special deliveries must be signed for by an adult.

A surcharge will apply on orders exceeding 2Kgs to be despatched by U.K. Special Delivery Next Day. In the event your order requires this service and exceeds 2 Kgs, we will contact you prior to despatching your goods to discuss your options.

Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive your order. If delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and no one is in residence the parcel will be sent to the nearest sorting office to await your collection or instructions. If the package is not collected or re-directed by you, it will eventually be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge for re-sending the item at the original postage cost stated.
